About Me
Clifton Strengths: Relator, Achiever, Discipline, Competition, Responsibility
Hello hello! My name is Sarina Barot-Martinez, and I’m a senior at the University of San Francisco majoring in Advertising with a minor in Public Relations — and I’m graduating this May! I’m actively looking for full-time roles in the advertising or PR world, with a focus on account/project management, media planning, or anywhere I can help bring creative ideas to life. If it’s strategic, collaborative, and fast-paced, I’m all in. I thrive when I’m working with a team to solve problems, keep things organized, and push great work across the finish line.
During my time at USF, I’ve transformed from someone hesitant to step outside her comfort zone into a confident leader and communicator. As the Collegiate Chapter President of Tri Delta, I’ve led recruitment efforts, managed large teams, organized events, and balanced budgets, all while improving our chapter’s retention and member engagement. I also served as the Account Manager for a national ad competition, where I coordinated between strategy, creative, and production teams to bring our campaign vision to life. These experiences taught me how to lead with empathy, stay organized under pressure, and keep projects moving with purpose.
I bring curiosity, heart, and hustle into every opportunity I take on. Whether I’m building a timeline, writing a meeting recap, or supporting a big idea, I care about doing things right and doing them well. Feel free to explore the rest of my portfolio, and don’t hesitate to reach out via email or LinkedIn. I’d love to connect!
